Easy to Make Pear and Gruyere Cheese Flatbread

What You Need:

  • Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
  • 1 naan flatbread
  • EVOO
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • Shredded Entremont Gruyère cheese
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Fresh arugula
  • Balsamic reduction

What To Do:
1. Preheat to 400°F. Place the naan flatbread directly on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

2. Lightly brush the naan with olive oil to help create a golden, crisp base.

3. Evenly sprinkle shredded Gruyère over the naan. Add sliced pears and scatter chopped walnuts on top.

4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.

5. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula, drizzle with balsamic reduction and enjoy warm!
